Job summary

noon is building AI-powered customer experiences for the Middle East and invites applications for an early-career QA Analyst. You will test AI agents, evaluate conversations in English and Arabic, and help ensure quality across UIs, APIs, and voice flows.

The role suits fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years in software testing who are curious, analytical, and eager to learn about LLM-based applications. You will design test cases, participate in planning, and contribute to regression suites

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of hands-on experience with functional, integration, system, or regression testing.
• Interest in conversational AI, LLM-based testing, and AI application quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to test planning, estimation, execution, and change-impact analysis.
• Design and execute test cases for UIs, APIs, integrations, and AI chats.
• Perform functional, integration, API, exploratory, regression, and smoke testing.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, safety, tone, and escalation needs.
• Identify defects and support bug reporting and triage workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers on testing priorities.
