As an AI Quality & Reliability Engineer (QA/SRE) at Talent Arabia in the UAE, you will take full ownership of validating AI platform quality, automating performance testing, and enforcing site reliability engineering standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass designing automated test suites for AI/ML applications, executing load and stress tests, configuring comprehensive system monitoring, and managing incident response life cycles. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute comprehensive quality assurance and test automation frameworks for AI/ML applications and platforms.
• Spearhead site reliability engineering (SRE) initiatives, availability monitoring, and incident management protocols.
• Conduct rigorous performance testing, load testing, latency benchmarking, and stress evaluations for AI workloads.
• Test and evaluate AI/ML model outputs, semantic accuracy, prompt responses, and platform resilience.
