Job description

We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us at a pivotal stage - someone who can help shape, scale, and lead the development of our B2B product portfolio used by suppliers across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to own the product portfolio from early-stage to scale, work directly with the founders and leadership, and build in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Responsibilities

1. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
2. Work closely with founders, design, development, and commercial teams to prioritise what to build and why
3. Prototype and test ideas quickly, including no-code solutions when needed to validate before scaling
4. Lead AI-driven product development by identifying use cases, working with technical teams, and translating capabilities into user value
5. Engage deeply with users through interviews, testing, and feedback loops to inform decision-making
6. Define success metrics and use data to inform product decisions
7. Coordinate releases, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across teams
8. Balance short-term execution with long-term vision

Your profile

• Based in the UAE and values in-person collaboration
• Has 3-5 years of experience in Product / Tech
• Possesses a strong product mindset with a builder's approach, especially in turning AI into practical solutions
• Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on delivery, always thinking ahead
• Skilled in prototyping independently using no-code or low-code tools
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys building from zero to one
• Listens deeply to users, asks the right questions, and validates assumptions early
• Strong sense of ownership and bias for action; experience in startup environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident discussing technical topics with teams and users

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, logistics, or food services
• Arabic language skills
