Consultz is supporting our client, a leading SWF in the region, in their search fora visionary and hands-on AI Process Transformation Leader.
The incumbent will spearhead enterprise-wide reengineering efforts in the age of AI and intelligent automation. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of strategy, process excellence, and innovation, guiding the transformation of how every function operates using GenAI, automation, and data-driven decision frameworks.
He / She will be responsible for owning the end-to-end transformation agenda – from opportunity discovery through to KPI-tracked value realization – while fostering a self-sustaining culture of AI adoption across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Evangelism
Champion AI adoption through roadshows, internal thought-leadership, and coaching departmental AI ambassadors.
Lead cross-functional "design squads" from business and technology functions, providing methodological guidance (BPMN, Lean, Design Thinking) to ensure rapid innovation cycles.
Mentor business managers and SMEs on process-redesign and AI integration to build internal capabilities.
Enterprise Process Strategy
Map current-state value streams, identify pain points, and develop a dynamic 18-month roadmap for process transformation, prioritizing high-ROI and strategic initiatives.
AI-Driven Design & Execution
Facilitate design sprints to architect future-state processes integrating GenAI agents, automation, and data / ML insights; validate concepts through rapid POCs.
Governance & Value Realization
Establish governance frameworks for AI-enabled processes, covering risk, compliance, and ethical AI.
Develop baselines, dashboards, and mechanisms for continuous benefit tracking and KPI measurement.
Change Enablement & Adoption
Create rollout playbooks and training materials to ensure successful handover to enablement teams and monitor adoption KPIs post-deployment.
Methodology & Best Practice Management
Curate and maintain libraries of templates, reference architectures, and best practices to support scalable, self-service transformation across departments.
Thought Leadership
Contribute to the company’s innovation brand by publishing whitepapers, success stories, and benchmark studies.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA or Master’s in Analytics preferred.
Experience :
15+ years in business process re-engineering and digital transformation.
5+ years leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional AI or automation programs.
Technical Expertise :
Proven track record with GenAI, machine learning, RPA, process mining, and low-code platforms.
Familiarity with Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
Certifications & Methodologies :
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, BPMN, Design Thinking or similar.
Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) highly desirable.
Leadership & Influence :
Adept at aligning executive stakeholders and frontline staff to bold transformation initiatives.
Strong storytelling, influencing, and communication skills.
Analytical Strength :
Strong business case development and KPI mindset, linking operations to P&L impact.
Mindset & Personality :
Curious, experimental, resilient, and data-driven; thrives in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments.
