Intertec Systems is seeking a visionary and execution-focused AI Practice Lead to lead our AI initiatives across all lines of business, including Digital, Managed Services, Cloud, EAM, Cybersecurity, and Microsoft solutions .
This role will own the charter to define, build, and scale innovative AI use cases leveraging Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision, Agentic AI, and AI Agents for :
- Client solutions (presales, PoCs, proposals)
- Internal business transformation
- Product roadmap acceleration
This individual will lead the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and work closely with Business Units, Technology Teams, and Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for AI adoption at Intertec across functions
- Lead the AI CoE and drive cross-functional collaboration with presales, delivery, product, and marketing teams
- Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and feasibility
- Partner with sales and account teams to ideate and propose AI solutions in RFPs and client engagements
- Build PoCs, reference architectures, and solution accelerators using ML, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI
- Translate business problems into AI opportunities across verticals like Government, Healthcare, Utilities, BFSI, and Real Estate
Use Case Design & Development
- Identify AI opportunities within Intertecs products and client platforms (e.g., service desk automation, asset intelligence, anomaly detection, fraud detection)
- Drive implementation of Agentic AI (LLM-based task automation), multi-agent frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph), and intelligent workflows
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, LLMs, vector databases, and open-source models
- Pilot AI use cases internally (finance automation, talent intelligence, project risk prediction, etc.)
- Keep the organization at the forefront of GenAI, multi-modal AI, and enterprise AI trends
Governance & Enablement
- Define best practices, MLOps standards, data governance frameworks
- Train and upskill teams in AI tooling and architecture
- Ensure responsible AI practices, ethical design, and regulatory compliance
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years in technology or consulting, with 4+ years in AI / ML leadership
- Strong experience in AI presales and solution architecture (client-facing)
- Hands-on proficiency in :
- Agentic AI tools (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG, LlamaIndex)
- Proven success building AI / ML PoCs, solutions, or products from scratch
- Familiar with vector databases, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure requirements for AI workloads , including :
- GPU types and capacity planning (e.g., A100, H100, T4)
- AI-optimized storage and high-throughput systems
- Cost / performance analysis across Azure, AWS, GCP
- MLOps tools and scalable model deployment architectures
Preferred / Bonus
- Experience with enterprise platforms (Microsoft, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce) and integrating AI
- Knowledge of MLOps and deployment pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, Sagemaker)
- Experience leading AI practices in mid-sized or regional IT services companies
- Exposure to AI compliance and Responsible AI frameworks
