ReapHR in Al Ain, UAE is seeking a motivated AI Support Assistant to back day-to-day business activities with AI tools and digital platforms. You will assist with content, research, data organization, and routine admin tasks while learning new AI applications quickly.

The role requires strong English communication, quick learner mindset, and attention to detail. Employment visa, accommodation, medical insurance, and air ticket may be provided.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of computers and digital applications.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to research information online and prepare clear summaries.
• Fast learner with a strong interest in AI and technology.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Professional, responsible, and willing to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to assist with daily business and administrative tasks.
• Create and format documents, reports, emails, and basic content using AI.
• Conduct online research and summarize relevant information.
• Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file organization.
• Support staff in using approved AI and automation tools.
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
• Assist with basic social media and digital content when required.
• Maintain accurate digital records and organized files.
