Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking an AI Portfolio & Governance Manager to enable portfolio governance across the AI portfolio using ServiceNow SPM. The role coordinates with the AI CoE, Product Management and delivery teams to maintain alignment with enterprise strategy and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities include administering AI portfolio intake, tracking progress through screening and approval, and maintaining audit-ready documentation and RAID logs to ensure compliance and governance

Qualifications

• Experience with IT PMO, portfolio or delivery governance in multi-project environments.
• Ability to assess AI use case feasibility and value; experience with AI or data initiatives preferred.
• Strong governance, approval gates and delivery framework ownership.

Responsibilities

• Apply ServiceNow SPM knowledge to support AI portfolio governance and data quality.
• Administer AI portfolio intake and qualification in SPM.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and RAID logs for governance and compliance.
• Track benefits realization and closure of demands and projects.
