Job summary

Finanshels is seeking an AI-native performance marketer to own paid acquisition and funnel conversion from first touch to booked call. You will plan, launch, measure and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, pairing paid media with AI-assisted creative production to generate demand for Finanshels' services.

This hands-on, metrics-first role requires 5-7 years in performance marketing, strong analytics, and daily use of AI tools for creative generation and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in performance/growth marketing with direct ownership of paid budgets.
• Fluency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and at least one B2B channel (LinkedIn strongly preferred).
• Strong analytical skills: GA4, GTM, ad platforms, spreadsheets and attribution modelling.
• 8 Proven, daily use of AI tools for creative generation, research, copy and analysis.
• Experience building or optimizing landing pages and running structured A/B tests.
• A test-and-learn mindset and the discipline to kill losers fast and scale winners.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid acquisition roadmap and budget across multiple ad platforms.
• Build, test and scale full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion.
• Produce and iterate ad creative using AI generation tools.
• Own conversion rate optimization for landing pages, forms, offers and chat entry points.
• Build attribution and reporting blending platform data with CRM outcomes.
• Run AB tests and account-based experiments with sales.
• Scale winning creatives into templates and automation for higher volume.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, RevOps and pre-sales to reinforce paid and organic.
