Job Overview:

We are seeking talented AI Engineers to contribute to the design and deployment of next-generation AI solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will work in a secure, innovation-driven environment on impactful national projects alongside experienced AI professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of open-source LLMs for enterprise and government use cases.
2. Assist in implementing RAG pipelines to enhance LLM responses with external knowledge sources.
3. Collaborate in hosting AI systems in secure, private, or air-gapped environments, simulating local deployments.
4. Develop APIs and backend services to integrate LLM outputs with user-facing systems.
5. Build and maintain user-friendly interfaces to demonstrate AI applications.
6. Apply security principles such as encryption and access control in AI deployment.
7. Monitor model performance and contribute to continuous improvement of GenAI solutions.
8. Work closely with senior AI specialists, product teams, and developers to deliver scalable AI features.
9. Ensure AI-generated content is transparent and linked to source data when applicable.
10. Use cost-efficient methods like model quantization and retrieval optimization for deployment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of LLMs, GenAI tools, and fine-tuning techniques (e.g., LoRA).
• Hands-on experience with RAG or knowledge retrieval techniques.
• Proficiency in Python (knowledge of R or Java is a plus).
• Understanding of secure deployment strategies in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and UI integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn from senior experts.
• UAE nationality with a passion for contributing to national digital innovation.
