Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking an AI Governance Specialist in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 4+ years in technology risk, data governance, privacy, or AI governance with hands-on governance/consulting experience.

You will assess and translate findings into controls, address AI/ML risks, and collaborate across security, data, and legal teams. Ideal candidates understand Generative and Agentic AI, Azure interactions, and privacy by design.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience across tech risk, data governance, privacy, cybersecurity or AI governance.
Hands-on governance/consulting experience with translating findings into controls and remediation actions.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI risks.
Familiarity with Azure and how AI, data, identity, security and monitoring services interact.
Experience with privacy by design and handling of personal, sensitive information.
Awareness of AI governance standards such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF.
