Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design, develop and deploy sophisticated conversational AI models including NLU, NLG and dialogue management systems for intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants.

You will implement and fine-tune cutting-edge algorithms for intent recognition, entity extraction and sentiment analysis, build scalable data pipelines, and integrate solutions with existing platforms and REST APIs across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, or Conversational AI development.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience building LLM/ Generative AI solutions.
• Strong experience delivering AI solutions from development through production deployment.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong programming experience in #Python.

• Experience with Prompt Engineering and #LLM evaluation.
