Job summary

Innovasense Solutions seeks an experienced AI/ML leader to design and deploy scalable enterprise AI solutions in Dubai. You will build intelligent AI Agents, work on RAG systems, and optimize prompts for LLM-powered applications, integrating them with ERP/CRM systems and cloud platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience across AI, ML, and software engineering, with a focus on end-to-end solution delivery and collaboration with UI/UX, data teams, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/Software Engineering/Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Minimum 4 years developing Machine Learning or AI solutions.
• Minimum 2 years working with Generative AI and Large Language Models in production environments.

Experience

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and AI Solution Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI applications for enterprise customers.
• Develop intelligent AI Agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Build Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Design, develop, and optimize prompts for LLM-powered applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, databases, ERP, CRM, HR, and collaboration platforms.
• Develop AI workflows using orchestration platforms such as n8n, LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Deploy AI applications to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud environments.
• Build secure and scalable backend services supporting AI solutions.
• Optimize inference performance, latency, reliability, and operational costs.
• Evaluate and benchmark different AI models for specific business use cases.
• Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Design data pipelines for AI training, fine‑tuning, and inference.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create intuitive AI-powered user experiences.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
• Participate in solution architecture, client workshops, technical presentations, and proposal development.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, reasoning models, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
