Careernet in Ajman, UAE, seeks an AI Engineer to build production-grade Agentic AI systems and automations for a leading retail and manufacturing group. You will work on intelligent automation, and next-generation AI platforms supporting real-world business processes.

You will integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and customer workflows, develop document processing workflows, and contribute to AWS deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on AI engineering or software development.
• Strong fundamentals in programming, debugging and testing.
• Familiarity with LLMs, Agentic AI workflows and tool calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and improve production-grade Agentic AI systems and workflows.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for document intelligence, compliance, and operational automation.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, business tools, and customer support workflows.
• Debug AI behavior and improve system performance, reliability, and security.
• Implement testing, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Support AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or software development.
• Strong programming fundamentals, debugging, testing, SQL, and version control skills.
• Understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI workflows, and tool calling.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Claude Agent SDK.
• Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, containers, and production environments.
• Experience in Document AI, OCR, or document processing is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and a passion for learning emerging AI technologies.
