Job Description

We are hiring an AI Engineer to join a new team solving real-world problems with machine learning and LLMs within the Financial Services industry.

You will work alongside product managers and engineers to design, build, and deploy models that impact thousands of users and influence product direction. The team values clean, scalable code and a pragmatic approach to experimentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and fine-tuning ML models (including deep learning and LLMs)
2. Building and maintaining data pipelines for model training and evaluation
3. Collaborating on model deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning
4. Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for ML-driven features

Qualifications:

1. Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
2. Solid understanding of modern ML techniques, especially NLP and generative AI
3. Experience working with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
4. Bonus: experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation
