We're currently partnered with a leading technology consultancy who are scaling their tech team. They offer a diverse work environment that provides services in the UAE impacting millions of lives. We're currently helping them search for a Site Reliability Engineer to join their ever-growing team.

1. Design, build, and refine NLP and LLM models for various applications such as chatbots, customer support automation, and AI-driven assistance tools.
2. Conduct research and run experiments to push the boundaries of NLP and LLM capabilities.
3. Gather, clean, and structure large-scale datasets for training and evaluating models.
4. Apply data augmentation strategies to enhance model robustness and generalization.
5. Deploy and manage NLP and LLM models in production environments, ensuring stability, efficiency, and scalability.
6. Develop APIs and services to integrate these models seamlessly into various applications.
7. Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to deliver customized NLP solutions.
8. Offer mentorship and technical guidance to junior colleagues.
9. Implement logging and monitoring solutions to track model performance and reliability.
10. Continuously evaluate and fine-tune models using feedback and new data.
11. Maintain clear and detailed documentation of methodologies, experiments, and results.
12. Present insights and updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
13. Stay informed about the latest developments in NLP, LLM, and AI research.
14. Contribute to the enhancement of team workflows, tools, and best practices.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-6 years experience in a similar role.
3. Proven track record with Computer Vision frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Tesseract, and OpenCV.
4. Experience integrating AI models into production workflows, including cloud-based deployments.
