Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or similar role.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies, with emphasis on maintaining data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and data reporting.
• Strong interest in AI tools to support sourcing, market research, and recruitment processes.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by sourcing relevant candidates through multiple channels.
• Prepare and post job advertisements, coordinate assessments, screening calls, and pre-employment checks.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and present a shortlist to the Lead.
• Carry out market research to understand hiring trends and the broader talent landscape.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, calendars, and panels.
• Provide support for high volumes of recruitment activity across multiple open vacancies.
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview feedback.
