Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery in an offshore center. You will manage scope, timelines, and reporting while coordinating with engineering, data, and security teams to ensure governance and quality.

The role requires strong planning, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, plus familiarity with AI, automation, and modern delivery practices. A BS/MS in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, scrum master, agile delivery, or programme support roles.
• Strong understanding of tech delivery environments and collaboration with engineering, data, architecture, security, and business teams.
• Experience with data concepts, cloud platforms, DevOps, APIs, data pipelines, and SDLC.
• Proficiency with delivery tools like Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI.
• Ability to translate technical context into clear delivery plans, risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
• Exposure to AI, workflow automation, or AI-assisted delivery practices is a plus.
