Job summary

ThinkMarkets, a global fintech company, seeks a Product Owner to shape and deliver AI-assisted digital products. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, own the backlog and drive roadmaps from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar product-focused tech role.
• Strong experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories and requirements, and supporting products through the full SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good technical understanding of web and mobile apps, APIs, system integrations, databases and dependencies.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, product and technology teams.
• Experience using data and product insights to support prioritisation and decisions.
• Experience in trading/fintech or AI-enabled products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog to balance value, customer needs and feasibility.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement and guide sprint planning for clear, production-ready specs.
• Leverage AI tools to support discovery, requirements and documentation.
• Collaborate with tech teams to evaluate solutions for usability, performance, security and maintainability.
• Own documentation across the product lifecycle from concept to go-live.
• Maintain focus on client experience and usability during development.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage multiple initiatives in parallel aligned with roadmaps.
