Job summary

Think Markets seeks a Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst to lead product discovery, manage the backlog, and translate complex requirements into actionable user stories. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to drive a fintech product across its lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product-focused tech roles, strong SDLC and Agile experience, and a good grasp of web/mobile, APIs, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst or similar product-focused tech role.
• Strong experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories and requirements, and supporting products through the full SDLC within Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Manage and prioritise product backlog balancing business value, needs, technical feasibility and delivery priorities.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning for clear, development-ready requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to support discovery and documentation with review and validation.
• Partner with technical teams to evaluate solutions and trade-offs across usability, performance, security and maintainability.
• Own product requirements and documentation through the full lifecycle from concept to go-live.
• Maintain focus on client experience and usability during development and delivery.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Manage multiple product initiatives in parallel aligned with roadmaps and priorities.
