Job summary

ThinkMarkets is seeking a Product Owner to shape and deliver digital products, with a focus on AI-enabled solutions. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, own the backlog, and drive roadmaps from concept to delivery.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and QA teams, ensuring usability, performance and security while leveraging AI capabilities to create innovative trading experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Owner/BA or similar tech role.
• Experience defining user stories, requirements and supporting SDLC in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong understanding of web/mobile apps, APIs and data dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog with business value and feasibility.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, epics and criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
• Leverage AI tools to support discovery, documentation and validation.
• Collaborate with tech teams to evaluate solutions and trade-offs.
• Own requirements and docs through concept to go-live.
• Maintain focus on client experience and usability.
• Use data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage multiple initiatives with aligned roadmaps.
• Bridge business and tech teams with clear progress visibility.
• Stay informed on AI/LLM tech and identify opportunities.
