Job summary

Uniland Properties LLC in Dubai seeks a Social Media Specialist cum Content Creator. The role requires 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience, with hands-on content creation and social media management across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

You will shoot, edit, and curate property-centered content and coordinate with sales to showcase projects. You’ll develop fresh ideas, manage daily postings, write captions, and monitor performance while staying current with Reels trends and formats

Qualifications

1–2 years of UAE real estate experience is mandatory.
Proven experience in both content creation and social media management.
Portfolio or examples of previous work are required.

Responsibilities

Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Shoot and edit Reels, property videos, project videos and promotional content.
Visit properties and projects to capture high-quality photos and videos.
Develop creative content ideas based on current social media and real estate trends.
Manage the company's daily social media posting and content calendar.
Write engaging captions and promotional content.
Coordinate with the sales team to create property-focused content.
Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement and audience growth.
Stay updated with trending Reels, formats, sounds and strategies.
