Job summary

Crucifer AI Technologies is seeking a seasoned Learning Design leader to own end-to-end development of two core academy courses, from architecture to launch readiness. You will guide content teams, collaborate with SMEs and faculty, and ensure high-quality, AI-enabled workflows.

You will define outcomes, lead multi-format content creation, and coordinate curriculum, recording, LMS integration and assessments, delivering learner-ready courses with a fast, high-ownership approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning design, instructional design, learning solutions or talent development.
• Experience building complete learning journeys.
• Strong instructional-design foundations.
• Team leadership.
• Stakeholder and SME management.
• Exposure to digital, experiential or blended learning.
• Comfort with AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define course architecture and outcomes.
• Lead multi-format content creation.
• Manage and coach 2–3 junior team members.
• Work with SMEs and faculty.
• Create AI-enabled content workflows.
• Own quality assurance.
• Coordinate curriculum, recording, LMS integration and assessments.
• Improve courses after launch.
