Job summary

Papaya Global in Dubai is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-size international clients. You’ll sell Papaya's platform that simplifies global payroll, payments, and workforce management.

You will manage the full sales cycle, leverage AI-powered tools for research, planning, and demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals to senior HR and finance stakeholders across multinational organizations.

Qualifications

5–7 years in full sales cycles within payroll, HCM, HR tech, EOR or workforce management industries.
Proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers with multi-stakeholder and international sales cycles.
Strong understanding of global payroll, HRIS, HCM, ERP or related HR tech ecosystems.
Experience engaging with senior HR, Payroll, Finance and Procurement stakeholders across multinational organizations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with AI-enabled tools to tailor messaging.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise global organizations.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Deliver tailored demos and proposals to client stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations to ensure smooth handovers.
Understand client challenges and articulate Papaya’s value and ROI.
