You will integrate AI coding tools, own end‑to‑end projects, mentor peers, and help scale AI‑driven development while delivering robust, scalable software across services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or AI-related field.
• 1–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong backend with Java or Go.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Experience with AI coding tools and code assistants.
• Ability to translate requirements into concrete specs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
• Integrate mainstream AI coding tools as a core part of daily workflow to maximize development efficiency.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction.
• Act as a full-stack seed within the team, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development.
• Identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration.
