• Proficiency in Scrum or Kanban for rapid POC deliveries.
• Ability to coordinate with external technology partners for implementations.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, cloud sandbox environments and API integrations.
• Strong ability to translate technical needs into clear updates for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact tech solutions with a steady pipeline of POC launches.
• Oversee the lifecycle of emerging tech initiatives, turning ideas into prototypes and pilots.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, coordinate with external partners, and maintain agile governance.
• Support the growth of the innovation hub, manage sandbox testing environments, and lead tech events and hackathons.
• Bridge strategic objectives with technical execution in a fast-paced setting, with aviation/travel domain context.
