Job summary

Bot Jobs is seeking a Data and AI Automation Specialist to transform academic and operational data into reliable evidence for CMS planning. You will design, build, and maintain automated AI workflows using KNIME and n8n, collaborate with Institutional Research, and ensure governance and compliance while delivering actionable analytics.

The role blends hands-on automation with analytical reporting to support curriculum planning, accreditation, and performance improvement across CMS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, mathematics, computer science, information systems, business analytics, or related quantitative discipline.
Master's degree in a relevant quantitative, computing, mathematical, educational, or management discipline will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, document, and maintain end to end data and process automations using low code workflow platforms such as KNIME and n8n.
Build and operate agentic AI workflows that combine large language models with university data sources, APIs, and tools to support tasks like document summarization, information retrieval, and data extraction.
Integrate workflows with university systems and services through APIs and authentication methods while ensuring safe deployment.
Define and run evaluation for AI enabled workflows, including testing, cost, latency, and regression testing.
