Job summary

Al Khaznah Leathers is seeking a data analytics and AI integration specialist to drive AI adoption, automate workflows, and deliver insightful dashboards. You will translate business needs into analytical solutions, build Power BI dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and security in AI outputs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and business teams, development of prompt libraries, and ongoing optimization of AI-driven processes to improve decision-making across manufacturing and retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, data science, computer science, information systems, business analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in AI, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, dashboards, and workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power Automate, APIs, or automation tools is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, finance, or operational analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI and automation opportunities across business functions and maintain AI use-case tracking.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows, reports, dashboards, templates, and analytical solutions.
• Analyze business data to support forecasting, performance monitoring, cost analysis, and decision-making.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate and traceable.
• Develop prompt libraries, AI templates, and workflow documentation.
• Support AI tool adoption through user training and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams for AI integrations, security, and process improvements.
• Monitor AI solutions, measure benefits, and ensure continuous improvement.
