Job summary

The role emphasizes end-to-end analytics from data understanding to building AI-enabled insight capabilities, collaborating with CX Digital and cross-functional partners for a scalable analytics framework.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in data science, analytics, CS or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of data manipulation and structured datasets.
• Experience with ML concepts or AI tools (LLMs, NLP, clustering or predictive models).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Map and document existing CX data sources including formats, frequency, quality and ownership.
• Acquire clean and standardize data from multiple systems to build consolidated datasets.
• Develop repeatable workflows for data refresh, maintenance and governance compliance.
• Analyze merged datasets to uncover trends and CX drivers and identify actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and visualizations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Apply AI and advanced analytics techniques to CX data.
• Prepare project updates and document methodologies and model outputs.
