Ethos is seeking an experienced consumer insights manager to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full study lifecycle from discussion guides to insight synthesis, delivering actionable recommendations.

This remote role offers flexible, 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour, reflecting expertise in usability research, thematic coding, and clear written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research across interviews, usability testing, and surveys with ownership of the full study lifecycle.
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw research data into usability test findings decks and journey map documents.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Translate findings into product recommendations and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Synthesize feedback from research studies to inform design and development decisions.
