Job summary

element8 in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience, preferably in agency sales, to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead client acquisition, business development, and relationship management while integrating AI tools to enhance sales productivity.

You will identify opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, conduct meetings and negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven sales, business development, or related field.
• Agency sales experience is the first priority.
• Strong client acquisition, lead generation, and full sales cycle expertise.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools for sales activities (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and business partners.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet targets.
