Job summary

Network International in Dubai seeks a senior Information Security professional focused on AI and data governance. You will own the AI Platform & Implementation Standard, conduct AI and LLM risk assessments, and drive group-wide data security policies across MEA regions.

The role partners with Security Architecture & Engineering, the DPO, and risk committees, targeting ISO 42001 and NIST RMF compliance, with 9–12 years in information security and AI/ML experience; BFSI exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or related discipline; Master's preferred.
• 9–12 years progressive information security experience, including at least 3 years focused on AI/ML security or data governance.
• Experience in banking, financial services or payments (BFSI/fintech) strongly preferred, given regulatory/audit expectations.
• Exposure to MEA regulatory regimes (CBUAE, SAMA, UAE PDPL, POPIA, DIFC/DFSA or equivalent) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience writing and maintaining enterprise policy and standards documentation.
• Ability to influence and coordinate delivery teams without direct line authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AI Platform & Implementation Standard and AI security policies.
• Run AI security risk assessments for all AI/LLM use cases, including agentic AI, and maintain the AI use-case security register.
• Define security controls aligned to ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF; support ISO/IEC 42001 certification roadmap.
• Own data security governance: data classification, protection standards, DLP policy, data lifecycle security.
• Define and assess AI vendor/model governance claims in line with NI requirements.
• Interface with the DPO on security/privacy boundary and coordinate joint assessments.
• Report AI and data security KRIs and KPIs to TAC and ERMC via the Group CISO.
