Job summary

IDC Technologies in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks an experienced AI Engineer – Cybersecurity Automation to design, develop, train, and deploy advanced AI models for automated threat detection and intelligent workflow automation. You will work with SOC analysts and software teams to operationalize AI-driven security solutions on-site.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/ML and cybersecurity software engineering, strong Python/TensorFlow/PyTorch skills, and hands-on experience with SOAR platforms and SIEM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive professional experience in AI, ML, and cybersecurity software engineering.
• Hands-on experience in building AI-driven security solutions and intelligent workflow automation systems.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn and ML libraries.
• Experience with security analytics, threat detection modeling, SOAR platforms, and security automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy AI models for automated cybersecurity threat detection.
• Build AI-driven security solutions and automation pipelines for enterprise protection.
• Integrate AI with SOAR platforms and SIEM tools.
• Evaluate models, tune performance, and harden AI-powered defenses.
• Analyze large security telemetry and threat feeds to improve detection.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts, security engineers, and software teams.
• Contribute to incident response automation and playbooks.
• Maintain documentation of AI algorithms, integrations, and runbooks.
