Job Vacancy: AI Content Creator & SMM Specialist Type: Flexible Salary: “Competitive, based on experience” We are seeking a highly creative and strategic AI Content Creator & Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to manage and elevate the social media presence of two dynamic brands: a Real Estate company and Akaari (Proptech) an innovative application designed for real estate agents to streamline their work. The ideal candidate is skilled in leveraging AI tools for content creation, has a strong understanding of social media strategies, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management (SMM) * Develop and execute social media strategies for both brands to align with their respective goals: - Real Estate: Drive lead generation (e.g., inquiries for property sales/rentals) and maximize audience reach across platforms. - Akaari: Attract and engage the target audience (real estate agents) to promote app adoption and usage. * Manage social media accounts across platforms, including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube. * Schedule and publish posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform schedulers to maintain a consistent posting cadence. * Monitor engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.) and respond to audience interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. * Analyze performance using analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, or platform-specific dashboards) to optimize content and campaigns. * Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithm changes to ensure strategies remain effective and innovative. AI-Powered Content Creation * Create engaging visual and video content using AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Canva AI, Lumen5, Flow, Veo..) to produce: - Real Estate: High-quality property showcase videos, virtual tours, infographics, and promotional posts that drive interest and inquiries. - Akaari: Tutorials, app feature highlights, agent testimonials, and promotional videos to appeal to real estate agents. * Generate written content with AI assistance (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai) for captions, blog posts, and ad copy, ensuring brand voice consistency: - Real Estate: Persuasive and professional tone to attract buyers, renters, and investors. - Akaari: Informative and approachable tone to resonate with agents and highlight app benefits. * Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure high quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines. * Experiment with new AI tools to innovate content formats, such as AI-generated animations, voiceovers, or interactive visuals. Brand-Specific Objectives * Real Estate: - Create content that showcases properties, market trends, and lifestyle to attract potential buyers/renters. - Develop lead-generation campaigns (e.g., targeted ads, landing pages, or giveaways) to capture contact information. - Increase organic reach through viral or shareable content, such as neighborhood guides or home-buying tips. * Akaari: - Produce content that educates real estate agents about the app’s features (e.g., CRM tools, lead tracking, or transaction management). - Build a community of engaged agents through content like webinars, Q&A sessions, or success stories. - Drive app downloads and registrations through targeted campaigns and partnerships with industry influencers. Collaboration and Reporting - Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media and content strategies with broader campaigns (e.g., email marketing, paid ads). - Work with graphic designers, videographers, or external agencies (if applicable) to supplement AI-generated content. - Provide weekly/monthly reports on social media performance, lead generation, and content engagement, with recommendations for improvement. - Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and differentiate both brands in their markets.

* Experience: - 2+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. - Proven experience using AI tools for content creation (e.g., video, graphics, or copywriting). - Familiarity with real estate marketing or B2B SaaS marketing is a plus. * Skills: - Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools. - Expertise in AI content creation tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Jasper, or equivalent). - Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to brand voice. - Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut). - Understanding of SEO, GEO, paid ads, and lead-generation strategies. * Personal Attributes: - Creative, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving trends and technologies. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. - Excellent communication skills to engage audiences and collaborate with teams. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Language: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Preferred Qualifications * Experience in real estate or app promotion (SaaS or B2B). * Knowledge of paid social media advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). * Portfolio showcasing AI-generated content and successful social media campaigns.
