Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to translate business needs into precise software requirements and lead discovery with clients in a fast-moving AI-driven environment.

You will collaborate with product teams, PMs, designers, and developers, refining user stories, managing the backlog, and supporting pre-sales activities to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech company
• Upper-Intermediate+ written and spoken English
• Understanding of Scrum / Agile methodology
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with UML, BPMN, and flow diagrams
• Ability to read API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Experience with AI prototyping / vibe-coding tools (Lovable, Bolt, or similar)
• Experience driving discovery phases, client audits, and pre-sales activities
• General understanding of AI (LLMs, models, agents)
• Strong client management and communication skills
