Job summary
SALT in Dubai is seeking an experienced UX/UI Product Designer to lead the UX/UI design across AI-enabled banking products. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and AI teams to turn complex ideas into intuitive experiences, owning the design process from discovery to production-ready designs.
The role focuses on AI-powered banking products with strong emphasis on user journeys, interactions and design systems, operating on-site in Dubai under a 9-month contract with potential
Qualifications
- UX/UI designer with strong commercial experience.
- Experience designing digital banking or fintech products preferred.
- Experience with AI-enabled products is a plus.
- Proficient in Figma with prototyping and design systems.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered digital banking products.
- Translate complex banking and AI use cases into simple, customer-focused experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers and AI teams from discovery through delivery.
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback and insights into product designs.
- Build and maintain reusable components and contribute to design systems.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility and usability across digital experiences.
- Support design validation, testing and continuous product improvement.
