• Design and implement Zoho CRM automation to streamline customer interactions and lead management.
• Develop AI-powered marketing workflows to automate customer engagement and sales conversion.
• Optimize sales processes, order tracking, and product recommendations using Zoho SalesIQ and AI analytics.
• Automate social media campaigns and paid advertising through Zoho Social and AI-driven ad platforms.
• Utilize AI tools for chatbot automation, personalized outreach, and customer segmentation.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement improvements based on AI-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho SalesIQ, and automation tools like Zapier & Make (Integromat).
