Job Purpose :

We are seeking a highly experienced AI / ML Solutions Architect to drive AI adoption, automation, and enterprise digital transformation for our clients. This position requires a strong background in AI platforms, architectures, and enterprise system integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-value AI use cases, implementing AI-driven solutions, and ensuring that AI initiatives align with business objectives to deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions for enterprise clients, driving digital transformation and automation efforts.
2. Identify high-value AI use cases and deliver AI-driven solutions that contribute to business growth and ROI.
3. Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilots to validate AI applications and measure their impact on business objectives.
4. Hands-on experience in the development, deployment, and integration of AI / ML models, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems.
5. Expertise in large language models (LLMs), generative AI, multimodal AI, and automation frameworks.
6. Evaluate AI / ML tools, technologies, and platforms, providing strategic recommendations on buy vs. build decisions.
7. Provide expert advisory services to cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
8. Collaborate with product managers, tech leads, and process owners to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with enterprise goals.
9. Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to inspire AI innovation and drive collaboration across teams.
10. Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, governance, and regulatory compliance.
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI regulations and security standards to ensure all AI implementations meet industry standards.
12. Leverage deep knowledge of business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate sectors to design AI solutions that align with client objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

1. 7+ years of experience working on AI / ML projects with a focus on AI adoption, enterprise digital transformation, and automation.
2. Proven track record of identifying high-value AI use cases and successfully implementing AI solutions.
3. Hands-on experience in AI / ML model development, deployment, and integration into enterprise systems.
4. Experience working in a consulting or advisory role, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.

Technical Skills :

1. Expertise in AI platforms, architectures, and AI automation technologies.
2. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), generative AI frameworks, and multimodal AI technologies.
3. Strong knowledge of AI best practices, including model versioning, testing, and validation.
4. Understanding of SAP ERP, SAP BW, and data platform architectures.

Skills :

1. Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
2. Strong analytical skills to evaluate the impact of AI initiatives on business objectives and define KPIs.
3. Collaborative and strategic mindset to work with internal teams and external partners.
