About the Role

As an AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions using Microsoft’s AI ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement intelligent applications that drive business value, improve customer experiences, and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
• Develop custom copilots tailored to business workflows using Copilot Studio’s low-code / no-code environment.
• Leverage Azure AI services, including Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI, to build NLP, vision, and data analytics applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-driven technical solutions.
• Build and maintain reusable AI models and pipelines focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in Microsoft AI technologies and integrate them into project roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams on Microsoft AI toolsets and best practices.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing AI solutions using the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including responsible AI practices, data preparation, model training, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in using Copilot Studio to design and deploy AI copilots for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cognitive Services (Language, Vision, Speech, Search) and Azure OpenAI capabilities.
• Solid programming skills in Python, C#, or equivalent languages; familiarity with REST APIs and AI SDKs.
• Experience with data pipelines, MLOps, and integrating AI into cloud-native applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent certifications.
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Logic Apps, or other low-code platforms.
