Job summary

FCM UAE is seeking an AI Specialist for a focused 6-month freelance engagement, working onsite in Dubai. The role blends identifying high-impact automation opportunities with implementing AI tools across Finance, Operations, Sales, HR and IT.

You will train business leaders to use AI confidently and measure productivity gains from each solution. Required are hands-on experience with AI/automation in a business setting and the ability to explain AI concepts simply to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI and automation experience in a business setting.
• Proficient with AI tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Power Automate, Zapier.
• Ability to train leaders and explain AI concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Review workflows across departments to identify AI opportunities.
• Recommend and implement AI tools per function.
• Design and deliver hands-on training for department leaders.
• Create AI-driven workflows, prompts and templates.
• Produce guidelines for responsible AI use.
• Track productivity gains from solutions.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide regular progress updates to Head of Product and Technology.
