ï‚· Lead the integration of multiple sub-systems into a complex system, including expertise in hydroponics, aquaponics, and control systems.
ï‚· Design and manage the department.
ï‚· Develop and manage project timelines, priorities, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure reliable project plans.
ï‚· Establish and maintain integrated project schedules for accurate timelines and financial analyses.
ï‚· Oversee daily planning, organization, supervision, and administration of activities on farm estates.
