Job summary

ZCREATIX in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Administrative Monitor to track agrochemical and seed applications, review field reports, and support daily farming operation cost control.

You will prepare certificates for external service providers, maintain weather records, and ensure records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready through careful data entry and organizational workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative monitoring and record control in agricultural campaigns.
• Experience preparing certificates, records, and documentation for agricultural service providers is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word to manage daily records and prepare basic reports.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter, review, and maintain operational information accurately.
• Good organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate several administrative activities and follow deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor records of agrochemical and seed applications and support daily tracking of costs.
• Review reports provided by field personnel and assist in monitoring agrochemical usage across areas.
• Enter daily reports accurately into the designated system.
• Prepare and issue certificates for external agricultural service providers.
• Maintain updated weather records including rainfall and temperature for reporting.
• Provide administrative support and maintain organized operational documents.
• Coordinate with field teams and staff to ensure timely completion of records.
• Assist with compiling routine agricultural activity reports and supporting documentation.
