Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field.
• Experience on a farm or similar role preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of crop fertilization, irrigation, and pest control methods.
• Ability to work independently and make crop-based decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to train and supervise staff.
• Willingness to work long hours during peak farming seasons.

Responsibilities
