Global agri-food commodities trading business seeks a Commodity Trading Compliance Manager to develop and implement a robust compliance program, ensuring the business adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as advising on compliance related issues in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), based from their HQ in Dubai .
My client is a publicly listed business with an aggressive growth trajectory and strategy of 5x topline revenue. They are building a modern compliance framework from the ground up, with full leadership support. This is a key role and will offer real ownership, visibility to the Board, and the chance to shape group-wide ethics, integrity and compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions.
They have a broad commodity portfolio with a diverse range of products such as barley, corn, cotton, Distiller's Dried Grains, fertilisers, groundnuts, meat, sesame, soya bean, soya bean hulls, soya bean meal, sugar, vegetable oil, wheat and wheat flour. Operating across 65 countries worldwide with a broad sourcing network and a focus on downstream acquisitions in the value chain, they have the aim of becoming the leading vertically integrated agri-food enterprise in the commodity trading sector across the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
