As an Agile Product Owner, you will be the key link between stakeholders and the development team. Your mission is to define and communicate the product vision, prioritize features that deliver the most value, and ensure the team builds solutions that meet business and customer needs. You’ll help maximize product impact in a fast-paced, agile, and purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with company goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into a product roadmap and actionable items.
• Represent the voice of the customer through data, feedback, and insights.

Backlog Management

• Create, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog.
• Write epics and user stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria.
• Make trade-offs in scope, time, and quality to deliver value iteratively.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collect, synthesize, and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and transparency on product progress.
• Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, UX, and business stakeholders.

Sprint Planning & Execution

• Participate in all Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with Scrum Master to set sprint goals and delivery scope.
• Accept/reject work items based on defined acceptance criteria.

Market & User Insight

• Gather feedback and analyze market trends to guide product direction.
• Identify new opportunities, pain points, or emerging needs.

Quality & Delivery

• Ensure deliverables meet business needs, user expectations, and technical feasibility.
• Balance technical constraints with customer demands and business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Proficient with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working closely with development teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS or software product organizations.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
