As Agile Delivery Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating scrum teams within a Release Train or outside to achieve high performance and quality in delivering value to end users and customers. You may manage several high-visibility initiatives using agile/hybrid methods in a fast-paced environment involving multiple business units.

The ideal candidate should be a delivery expert experienced in large finance projects and vendor product implementations. Exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis or Enterprise Performance Management products like Anaplan, Board, Oracle Hyperion, or other industry solutions is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate ceremonies such as PI planning and reviews; support the Agile framework and coach team members to optimize performance.
• Blend traditional project management with Agile practices, providing appropriate planning and predictability.
• Create a trusting environment for problem-solving; support teams using servant leadership.
• Lead Integrated Programme Planning, decomposing Epic Roadmaps into Program backlogs.
• Ensure quality standards and Definition of Done are followed; maintain agile tools like JIRA.
• Support team development, remove roadblocks, and facilitate communication and conflict resolution.
• Assist in managing business expectations and transparency; support service management and continuous improvements.
• Define and improve processes, implement governance, and monitor team velocity and quality metrics.
• Assist with cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support procurement phases and scheduling related to product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience.
• Proven leadership in a matrix organization with global teams.
• Experience in agile delivery within large technology change programs.
• Certified SAFe and PMI ACP; additional certifications desirable.
• Proficient in tools like ServiceNow ITBM, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence.
• Strong architectural knowledge of large-scale systems.
