Job Purpose
As part of BPP’s international growth strategy, we are establishing a branch of BPP University in Dubai with a key objective to build an effective presence closer to our global markets and agents. This role will be accountable for implementing an effective commercial strategy for the recruitment of international students into the BPP Education Group in key markets via strong relationships with agents.
Commercial
- Set and monitor targets for volume and growth across the BPP product portfolio for each market/agent
- Collaborate with agents to develop appropriate sales and marketing activities in country
- Market visits to support marketing activities – e.g. events
- Production and presentation of business cases to develop markets – e.g. product, new agent, new approach
- Collation of market feedback/insight to inform strategy and product development
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain of strong relationships with key agents to support the development and execution of recruitment strategies
- Monitor commercial performance providing support where needed to achieve targets
- Support agents with product knowledge and sales strategies to effectively promote BPP
Operations and Compliance
- Managing and maintaining the quality and reliability of sales data in Salesforce
- Monitor agent sales and promotion activities including social media to ensure messaging is consistent and appropriately representing the BPP brand
- Work within the agent quality framework, supporting agents to meet key requirements, taking appropriate action where advised
You will be expected to travel from Dubai to key markets routinely and flexibility is required to accommodate overseas trips and on occasions unsociable hours due to time zone differences

Experience/Qualifications
- Experience of international student recruitment
- An understanding of the Higher Education Sector in the UK and globally
- An understanding of customer service and customer experience
- Educated to degree level or above
