160over90, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a senior analytics/operations professional to drive data-informed decisions across account services. You will integrate Workamajig, CRM, PowerBI, and SAP to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership and project teams.

You will develop and present dashboards, improve data processes, and collaborate across departments to enable smarter, faster decision-making in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or Finance.
• 8–10 years combining analytical and account services experience.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-changing agency environment.
• Agency and operations experience a plus.
• Self-starter with leadership and remote working capability.
• Flexible schedule to support global teams, including early mornings and late calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present data to senior leaders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; advanced Excel and data-visualization tools.
• Strong organization, time management and data accuracy.
• Ability to work with all levels and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Manage global CRM pipeline and contracted revenue tracking.
• Use Workamajig for time tracking, project management and reconciliation.
• Create PowerBI dashboards and SAP project reports.
• Develop custom reports in Workamajig for finance, IT and legal.
• Pull data into PowerBI and build dashboards for account services.
• Recommend actions and strategic initiatives from large data sets.
• Identify errors and facilitate problem solving in systems and data.
• Develop training materials and present to individuals and groups.
• Ensure data accuracy for projects across account teams.
• Support account leads in meetings and negotiations.
