Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN or LPN/LVN license in practice region.
• BLS certification (required); ACLS/PALS preferred depending on assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience (hospital LTC or outpatient).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians and facility staff as required.
• Follow individualized care plans, facility policies, and clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing records in accordance with facility standards.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, patient safety guidelines, and HIPAA regulations.
• Work collaboratively with facility teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Travel to assigned locations and adapt quickly to varying clinical settings and procedures.
