Role Purpose
The role holder plays a critical part in enhancing the overall operations of the aftermarket team by leveraging data analytics and customer relationship management. They also provide essential support to drive revenue growth within the aftermarket segment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide actionable insights based on customer analytics to support sales and service teams.
- Ensuring the availability of the right parts at the right time to support efficient operations and customer satisfaction through effective bin management and stock order processing.
- Ensuring part price availability to facilitate product sales in the UAE and AME countries.
- Identifying areas for improvement in aftermarket processes and workflows, and implementing enhancements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately identifying and verifying part numbers to ensure the correct parts are ordered and used for repairs or maintenance in the UAE.
- Data optimization and analytics with valuable insights that drives the aftermarket growth. Track and report on key performance indicators for transparency and improvement.
- Booking customer orders in to ERP and to update its status to customer and aftermarket team members
- Follow up with Head Office for getting spare parts to fulfil customer orders and support the AM sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Engineering.
What do we need?
- Experience: max 5 years. Experience in data management and data analytics, with advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
- Proven track record of optimizing after sales and service processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exposure to Supply Chain Management or Inventory Management in an Industrial Environment will be an added advantage.
