At Crypto News, we're expanding and looking for a results-driven Affiliate Monetization Manager (Media) to lead our affiliate strategy and help monetize our content.

This is a full-time remote position.

Tasks

1. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify high-performing offers;
2. Source and manage affiliate programs relevant to our crypto audience;
3. Suggest monetizable article topics in collaboration with the editorial team;
4. Integrate affiliate links into new and existing editorial content;
5. Test formats, placements, and CTAs to improve affiliate performance;
6. Analyze affiliate metrics (CTR, CR, revenue), prepare regular performance reports, and optimize based on results;
7. Negotiate deals and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.

Requirements

1. 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in the crypto media space;
2. Demonstrated track record in managing affiliate partnerships with an established network in the crypto space;
3. Knowledge of major crypto platforms offering affiliate programs;
4. Familiarity with tools like UTM tags, tracking dashboards, and A/B testing;
5. Ability to identify and act on monetization opportunities in content;
6. Strong communication skills for collaboration with editorial and SEO teams;
7. Fluency in English.
